Healthy eating is easy. Stick to local products that are produced certified organic.The two things you need are: oxygen and water (spring water that is).

Everything else is probably a NON-FOOD.

The biggest misconceptions about healthy eating:

1) Fruit
Only local grown organic food has significant amounts of nutrients and vitamins in it. Everything else is basically water and sugar.

2) Diary
Processed diary is basically water and sugar. If milk has been pasteurized and homogenized it has no nutrients or vitamins left.

3) Water
Only drink spring with nothing added to it. Everything else will dehydrate you.
